Portals. Custom software development company in Kerala
Marketlube is a custom software development company in Calicut, Kerala, designing and building customer and partner portals, internal tools and operations dashboards for businesses across India and the GCC. Current work includes the Dubai Customs portal we designed for ZAJEL, a Dubai courier, and ReelsBuddy, a Marketlube company, runs on an internal platform we built.

If your team spends the day answering “what's the status?” on WhatsApp, you need a portal, not more staff.
Documents arrive by email, approvals happen in chats, and the real process lives in a spreadsheet and one person's head.

We design and build the software that fixes it: customer and partner portals where people log in to submit requests, upload documents and follow progress; internal tools that replace spreadsheets for bookings, approvals, inventory and operations; and dashboards that show managers what's happening today. For ZAJEL, a Dubai courier, we designed the portal its clients use to handle customs documents with Dubai Customs, and supported its development; it is live today. ReelsBuddy runs its leads, production, accounts, hiring and reports on a platform we built.
We start from your workflow, not a feature list, and ship a focused first version in two-week sprints. Roles and permissions, audit trails, English and Arabic interfaces and integrations with payments, WhatsApp, email and accounting are designed in from day one, and the code and data are yours.

Industries we do this for
Questions, answered.
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly on WhatsApp, by email or over a call.
What is a customer portal?
A secure website where your customers, dealers or agents log in to do what they'd otherwise phone or WhatsApp you for: submit a request, upload documents, pay, download invoices and check status. It cuts routine calls and gives everyone the same up-to-date answer.
Portal, CRM or app: what's the difference?
A CRM is where your team manages leads and customers. A portal is the outside-facing side, where customers and partners log in. An app is the same idea on a phone. Many projects are one back-end with a CRM for staff, a portal for customers and, if needed, an app, designed together so data is entered once.
Can you build a customs clearance or logistics portal?
Yes. For ZAJEL, a Dubai courier, we designed the portal its clients use to register, sign in and handle their customs documents with Dubai Customs in one place, and supported its development; it is live today. The same patterns suit freight, courier and clearing businesses.
Can you replace our spreadsheets with an internal tool?
Usually, yes. Bookings, approvals, job tracking, stock and reports are good candidates. ReelsBuddy, a Marketlube company, runs its leads, production board, accounts, hiring and reports on a platform we built. We start with the spreadsheet that causes the most pain and replace it first.
Will it work in Arabic and connect to our other systems?
Yes. We design English and Arabic interfaces together, with proper right-to-left layouts, and connect portals to payment gateways, WhatsApp Business API, email and SMS, accounting software and your existing CRM wherever those systems offer an API.
How long does it take, and who owns it?
It depends on the roles, workflows and integrations involved, so we scope a focused first version with you and put the timeline in writing before you commit; larger systems ship in phases. You own the source code and the data, hosted in your own cloud account.
