And it is a mixed city. Emirati families, Arab expats, South Asian professionals, Western residents and millions of visitors share the same malls but not the same language, platforms or price sensitivity. Abu Dhabi leans more Emirati, more Arabic and closer to government; Sharjah is family-first and more conservative, with many residents commuting into Dubai. We plan audiences by emirate, language and nationality before we design a single ad.
We do this from Calicut, and we don't pretend otherwise. There's no Dubai address on this page because we don't have one. What we have is a full team for strategy, design, video, web and media buying. The team works on UAE hours a four-hour flight away, with travel built into every engagement for kick-offs, shoots and launches.
Our UAE work includes the customs portal and app we designed for ZAJEL, a Dubai courier, and the new website we built for it. For Tea Today, a Gulf tea café brand, we designed a bilingual English–Arabic identity and its packaging, and for Tailor on Wheels, a doorstep tailoring service, a social campaign. We can also help Indian and Kerala brands enter the UAE: restaurants, jewellers, textile and FMCG names whose first Gulf customers already know them from home.
