Consultations · Calicut
Book a consultation. Business consultant in Calicut, Kerala, for growing businesses
Marketlube's co-founders, Fidal P and Althameem Ali, advise owners in Kerala, the rest of India and the Gulf on growing a business: marketing and ads, brand, sales and lead follow-up, making the business systematic with CRM, ERP and AI, and e-commerce. A consultation is one paid hour, online or at our office in HiLITE Business Park, Calicut, with a written action plan within 24 hours. It's free for Marketlube clients.
We advise on growth and systems. For tax, GST, company registration, licences or legal questions you need a chartered accountant or a lawyer, and we'll tell you when you do.
What can a consultation cover?
Tick your topics in the form, and they decide who you meet. Each area has Marketlube's work behind it, with the labels our case studies use.
Marketing and ads
Your plan, your channels and the one number that shows whether the money works: ad accounts audited, budgets set, creatives planned.
Marketlube's work: Clarix Education, 1,466 lead-form enquiries at ₹262 each on the 87 ads that brought them in (Meta's count); VONA School of Design, 50+ admissions in a 45-day sprint on ₹1.5 lakh of ads (reported by our team).

Brand and packaging
A new identity, a refresh or a range of packs: what to change, what it costs and in what order.
Marketlube's work: five brand studies from Kerala and the Gulf, and packs for Proteinuts and Tea Today.

Sales and lead follow-up
Where enquiries go missing between the ad, the call and the sale, and the routine that stops it.
Marketlube's work: Xale CRM, built by the team behind Marketlube, with 10,000+ new leads captured every month and 150+ user seats in its largest single workspace (Xale's platform figures, September 2026).

Making the business systematic
One way of working for the whole team: what goes into a CRM or ERP, what to automate and where AI saves real hours.
Marketlube's work: the ERP our team built for ReelsBuddy, our video brand (5,408 leads and 423 production cards on its dashboards, 28 Sep 2026), and Xale AI, as xale.in describes it, on Xale CRM, the product our team built. We build systems on Xale, the CRM platform by Xale Private Limited (reported by our team).

E-commerce growth
The product page, the checkout, the creatives and the budget, and where the sales leak between them.
Marketlube's work: The Healthy Sugar Company. In 30 days on its first store, which our team built on Shopify, it sold 1,000+ units of its 100 g Healthy Sugar powder, while spending about ₹3,000 a day on ads (both reported by our team). We don't divide one by the other: both figures are approximate, and we can't say how many of the units came from the ads. Althameem Ali, Marketlube's co-founder, is a small partner in The Healthy Sugar Company.

Scaling
Which limit stops you now (demand, delivery, people or cash), and what to fix first.
Marketlube's work: ReelsBuddy, 3,000+ videos so far (reported by our team, October 2026), on a fixed public menu; TasHeel Moral Academy, strategy and business setup (reported by our team) and 39,064 Instagram followers on 29 Sep 2026 (public count), from about 300 at the start (reported).

Both co-founders in one session
When your topics span both, such as the ads that bring the leads and the CRM that follows them up, the hour becomes a combined session with Fidal and Thameem together. Sales and e-commerce growth usually need both. Not sure who you need? Tick Not sure yet, and we'll suggest who you meet.

Questions about consultations
What does it cost?
It's a paid one-hour session. We share the fee and a few times on WhatsApp when you book.
Is it free for clients?
Yes. If Marketlube already works with you, tick “I'm a Marketlube client” and the hour is free.
What do I get after the session?
Within 24 hours of the session, a written action plan with the steps to implement in your business. It's yours to use with your own team, with us or with anyone else.
Online or in person?
Either: online, or at our office in HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.
What should I bring?
Your last three months' numbers if you have them (sales, enquiries, ad reports) and the questions you most want answered. Please never send passwords or ad account logins.
How is this different from the free project call?
The free 30-minute call on our contact page is about a project you'd like us to do. A consultation is advice on your business, whoever does the work.
Do you advise on tax, registration or legal matters?
No. For GST, company registration, licences or legal questions you need a chartered accountant or a lawyer, and we'll tell you when you do.
Can you do the work afterwards?
Yes, if you want us to, and the session puts you under no obligation.
Do you work with Gulf businesses?
Yes, online. We work with brands in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia from Calicut, and we have no Gulf office.
How do you choose a business consultant in Kerala?
Nobody publishes an independent ranking. Ask what the advice is built on (dated results you can check), who you'll actually meet, and what you get in writing afterwards.
