In short
Lintora is custom construction ERP software: one system for a construction company, with leads and estimates, projects with a board for each team, daily site reports, purchases and stores, subcontractor bills, machines, labour and payroll, and accounts. Each client gets a portal with progress, the site's own cameras and a clear view of where the money went. It is a ready product on the Xale platform, which runs today. Its own modules are configured and added for your company before go-live. No construction company runs it yet.
Price: Lintora Core starts at INR 1,40,000 for an Indian company and at AED, QAR or SAR 5,500, KWD 450, or OMR or BHD 550 in the Gulf, with three months of hosting and live view at one site. You click through a first working draft in about 2 weeks, and the full build goes live within 8 weeks. From the fourth month, care with hosting starts at INR 3,000 a month. Half is paid to start, and half once your own team has tested it and signed off.
We are in Calicut, Kerala. Gulf clients work with us online. Support runs Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm India time. A construction firm nearby can meet us at its office or on site.
Who Lintora is the right choice for
A firm where every team needs its own board on every project
Site, purchase and design each work from their own list inside a project, and you can add any team, accounts included. The sample villa has 5 boards with 39 cards on them. When civil marks a card ready, it lands on the MEP board with its photos.
Sample screen: Team boards
A contractor who bills and pays by RA bill
Lintora works out each deduction and keeps the retention ledger. On the sample subcontractor bill, retention of 5%, advance recovery of 20%, TDS of 1% and a back-charge come off before the net. Your own bills to clients carry retention, advance recovery and the TDS they deduct.
Sample screens: Subcontractors, Accounts and billing
A builder whose clients ask where the money went
The client portal answers by contract type: the real spend on a cost plus job, the value of work done by package on a lump sum job, and never your margins. The sample client follows a villa that is 54% done from his phone in Dubai.
Sample screen: Client portal
A group with companies in two countries
One login switches between the companies, each with its own books and currency. The sample group runs 3 projects in Kerala in rupees and 1 fit-out in Dubai in dirhams. Each further company is an add-on, from INR 50,000.
Sample screen: Today
A company that does not want to pay for each user
Lintora Core is one price for one company, from INR 1,40,000: any number of projects, sites, users, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. A new site engineer or a tenth project adds nothing to it.
When a site app is the better buy
A small firm that only needs attendance, materials and petty cash pays less for a site app. A site app covers the site, and for a firm with a few jobs and one person keeping the books, that can be enough.
Lintora is the larger buy. It earns its price when estimates, purchases, subcontractor bills, payroll, accounts and your clients' view all have to run on one set of numbers. And no construction company runs Lintora yet, so a firm that needs software working next week should buy something that runs today.
Who builds it: on the platform already, and added for you
Lintora is a ready product on the Xale platform (reported by our team): the company's sites, RA bills, retention and client view configured on the same workspaces, roles, automations and AI that run Xale CRM. That is why it goes live within 8 weeks. No construction company runs it yet. Xale CRM, made by Xale Private Limited, is built by the team behind Marketlube. ReelsBuddy, a Marketlube company, runs on an ERP we built. Neither system is construction software.
On the platform already
What the Xale platform brings, and where you can check it
A workspace for your company alone
The Xale platform keeps each workspace to itself, with backups and exports, as xale.in describes it.
Check it: the Xale platform
Leads and follow-ups
Xale CRM: each staff role has its own follow-ups.
Check it: Xale case study
Reports, roles, a client portal and rules with a log
Xale CRM: a report builder where every number opens the leads behind it. Five-level access per stage, branch and field. A student portal to follow each application. 26 automation actions, retried and logged in plain English.
Check it: Xale case study
An assistant on your own records (Ask Lintora, an add-on)
Xale AI, the assistant inside Xale CRM, answers by chat or on a live voice call, as xale.in describes it. Each answer shows what it looked up and the filters it used, so a number can be checked.

Set up and added for you
The product's own modules, and what your build adds on top
- Lintora's own modules, set up on the platform around your company: BOQ and estimating, RA bills and retention, team boards, purchases, equipment, site reports and accounts. No construction company runs them yet, and we have no construction software client.
- Our team built boards, accounts and attendance once, in ReelsBuddy's ERP. The invoicing we have built so far runs in India.
- Added on top of the platform for your build: the offline site app, the camera relay for the live view, payroll, a Gulf salary file (WPS, Mudad or LMRA), an e-invoicing link outside India, and Arabic screens. Every camera picture on this page is an illustration.
Checks you can make
- Read the platform's chapter in the Xale case study, then the ReelsBuddy case study. ReelsBuddy's ERP is private: its case study shows screens from the live system with names blurred, and the system itself is not open to visitors.
- Click through the 16 sample screens on this page. They are samples with made-up data, not a company's live system.
- Ask for a 20-minute walk-through before you pay anything.
- Pay the second half only after your own team has tested your system and approved it.
What construction ERP software has to do, and where Lintora does it
The work a contractor, builder or fit-out firm handles every week, from the first enquiry to the last snag, and the part of Lintora that handles each piece.
The job
Turn enquiries into signed jobs
You get
Leads and CRM
- Enquiries from your website, Meta and Google lead ads, WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins and referrals in one list, with duplicates caught by phone number
- A pipeline from new enquiry to site visit, estimate sent, negotiation, won or lost, with the reason for each loss
- Site visits booked with reminders, a GPS check-in and photos of the plot
- A quick estimate from your own rate per sq ft, before the full BOQ
- A won lead becomes a project in one step: the estimate turns into the budget, and the payment stages into the billing plan
The job
Price a job and send the quotation
You get
BOQ and estimating software
Part of Lintora Core.
- A BOQ in packages and items, with rate analysis for materials, labour, machines, overhead and profit
- Your own cost library and rate list, each rate with its date and supplier
- Versions side by side, so a client's changes show line by line
- A warning when the margin drops below the lowest one you allow
- A client quotation with package totals only, so your rates stay inside
- Tender pricing: bring in the client's BOQ from Excel and send it back in their format
The job
Plan each project and keep it on time
You get
Projects and schedule
- A Gantt chart with links, the critical path, and the baseline under the actual bars
- Milestones tied to payment stages, so a finished stage tells accounts to raise the bill
- Percent done worked out from the quantities in the daily reports
- A two-week look-ahead with the labour and materials each task needs
- A delay log by cause (rain, a client decision, a drawing, material, labour) and red, amber or green health for schedule, cost and cash
The job
Give every team its own work list on every project
You get
Team boards
- One board for each team inside each project: civil, MEP, finishing, procurement, design, or any team you add
- Kanban, list, calendar and Gantt views of the same cards
- Civil marks a card ready for MEP, and it lands on the MEP board with its photos
- Linked cards: plaster waits for the conduits, and anyone who starts it early sees a warning
- A Show to client switch, so finished work reaches the client's timeline once the PM approves it
The job
Know what happened on site today
You get
Daily site reports
- The day's report on a phone or tablet: work done with quantities, labour by trade, machine hours, materials in and used
- Works without a signal and sends everything when the network comes back
- Photos stamped with the time, the GPS point and who took them
- Hindrances, visitors, site instructions, and a concrete pour register with cube results
- Screens in English, Malayalam and Hindi
- The PM approves each report, and client updates are built only from approved ones
The job
Let clients watch the work, with workers' privacy kept
You get
Site cameras and the client live view
- Uses the cameras and recorder already on site, through a small relay box
- Live view only while someone is watching, and a snapshot every 10 to 30 minutes in site hours
- Daily, weekly and whole-project time-lapse built from the snapshots
- Audio always off, masks over neighbours' windows and the road, and client viewing only in site hours
- A log of who watched which camera, when and for how long
- One active site in the core; each further site is a monthly add-on
The job
Buy materials at the right price and know what is in stock
You get
Procurement and stock
- Material requests from site, checked against the BOQ quantity still left
- Supplier quotes side by side: rate, freight, credit days and delivery time, with the reason for the pick
- Purchase orders approved by value and sent on WhatsApp
- Deliveries checked at site with a photo of the delivery slip, and the order, the delivery and the bill matched before payment
- Stock in each site store, transfers with a gate pass, and an alert when wastage passes your limit
The job
Measure and pay subcontractors fairly
You get
RA bill and contractor billing software
Part of Lintora Core: the RA bills your subcontractors raise. The RA bills you raise on clients are in accounts.
- Work orders with the scope, rates, retention and any advance
- A measurement book with the engineer's photos and the QS's check
- RA bills that show this bill, the previous total and the total to date, less retention, advance recovery, TDS and back-charges
- A retention ledger, paid out when the defect period ends
- Payments held when a subcontractor's insurance or labour licence has run out
The job
Keep machines busy and charge their cost to the right job
You get
Equipment and fleet
- Owned and hired machines and vehicles, and the site each one is on
- Daily hours, idle time and fuel, with an alert when fuel use jumps
- Service plans by hours or km, breakdowns and job cards
- Hire bills checked against the hours your team logged
- Each machine's cost charged to its projects, and its papers (insurance, fitness, pollution certificate) with expiry reminders
The job
Pay workers and staff correctly and on time
You get
Labour management, attendance and payroll
Part of Lintora Core.
- Attendance gang by gang on the site app, with a group photo, the GPS point and the time
- Daily and piece rates, overtime, advances and weekly wage sheets
- Staff payroll with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS on salary for India
- Wage slips on WhatsApp in Malayalam, Hindi or English; Tamil, Bengali, Odia and Assamese are quoted
- Kerala's guest worker IDs and welfare board numbers on each record; Gulf salary files come with the Gulf payroll pack
The job
Bill clients and see where every rupee went
You get
Accounts, billing and the cost breakdown
- Stage bills and RA bills with retention, advance recovery and the TDS your clients deduct
- Receipts by UPI, bank transfer, cheque or cash, with a UPI QR and your bank details on every bill
- Payables, site petty cash with bill photos, and a second approval above an amount you set
- Project cost by package and by cost type: budget, committed, actual and the forecast final cost
- Cash for the next 8 weeks, and profit and loss for each project and for the company
The job
Keep clients, staff and suppliers updated without chasing anyone
You get
Automations and WhatsApp updates
- Each update is a rule in four parts: When, If, Send and At
- 45 starter rules in the core: weekly progress, payment reminders, deliveries due, papers expiring and more
- Your own WhatsApp number on Meta's official platform, plus SMS and email
- Client messages about delays or money wait for the PM's approval
- Consent, quiet hours (9 pm to 8 am) and a weekly limit on every rule, and a log of each run with its cost
The job
Build it right and keep people safe
You get
Quality, safety and drawings
- Inspection checklists with hold points: the pour waits until the steel check passes
- Toolbox talks, near misses, incidents and permits to work
- A drawing register, with only the current revision shown on site
- RFIs pinned to a drawing, and change orders the client approves on the portal or from a WhatsApp link
- Snags pinned on the plan, handover sign-off, and the defect period after it
The job
Show each client their project and their money
You get
Client portal
- Login with a phone number and a one-time code; a web app in English and Malayalam
- Percent done, the current stage, the next milestone, and a timeline of approved updates with photos
- Live view and time-lapse from the cameras you mark for that client
- Contract value, approved changes, billed, paid and due, with receipts to download
- Where the money went, by package or by cost type, as the contract type allows
- Change orders and finish choices approved with a one-time code; times shown in the client's own time zone
The job
Sell flats, villas or plots if you also develop Add-on
You get
Real estate ERP for builders and developers
An add-on to Lintora Core, priced with the optional extras below.
- A unit grid by tower and floor, bookings and allotment letters
- Payment plans, and demand letters raised only after the engineer signs off the stage
- A buyer ledger, home loan payments, and brokers with their commissions
- In India, a draft of the quarterly RERA update for you to file, and tracking of the 70% project account
The job
Ask the records a question in plain words Add-on
You get
Ask Lintora
- Answers from your own records, with the report and the filters it used
- The reasons behind a cost overrun: the bills, changes and wastage under it
- The weekly client update drafted from approved site reports, for the PM to approve
- Acts only after you press Confirm
The AI desk: Ask Lintora, voice site reports and a WhatsApp assistant
Three AI add-ons and the rules engine, all working on one set of records. Each keeps a log, stays inside each person's role, and leaves money and approvals to people. Lintora makes no AI phone calls.
Ask Lintora
the AI assistant
Does
- Answers from your own records: “Which projects are behind?”, “Why is the villa's frame and slabs package over budget?”, “How much is still to collect?”
- Shows the report and the filters it used under each answer, with links to check them
- Explains a cost overrun from the bills, the changes and the wastage behind it
- Drafts the weekly client update from approved site reports and sends it to the PM, never to the client
- Answers each person only from what their role can see
- Keeps a log of every question and every action for the owner
Never
- Approves a bill, moves money or messages a client by itself
- Acts without a Confirm
- Makes up an answer when the records do not hold one
Add-on, from INR 1,50,000
Site reports by voice
the daily report from a voice note
Does
- The site engineer talks through the day, and AI fills in the daily report
- Quantities, labour, materials and hindrances land in the right boxes for the engineer to check
- Nothing is kept until the engineer edits it and sends it
- English first; Malayalam and Hindi after tests on your own engineers' recordings
Never
- Sends a report the engineer has not checked
- Changes a quantity once the engineer has sent the report
Add-on, from INR 50,000
WhatsApp enquiry assistant
replies on your WhatsApp number
Does
- Replies to new enquiries on your WhatsApp number with the answers you approve
- Collects the plot location, the size, the kind of work and the budget into the lead
- Books a site visit in your sales team's free slots
- Hands the chat to a person when asked, when unsure, or as soon as price comes up
Never

Add-on, from INR 50,000

- A run log in plain words (“Weekly update, villa P-101: drafted Sat 24 Oct at 5:00 pm. The PM said yes at 5:12 pm. Sent 5:13 pm, read 6:02 pm.”)
- 45 starter rules, each one on or off
- Today's follow-ups on the owner's home: new leads to call, dues to chase, late deliveries and open RFIs, each with one tap
Never
- Sends a client a message about a delay or money before the PM approves it
- Sends marketing to anyone without a recorded opt-in, or to workers at all
In Lintora Core (WhatsApp, SMS and email)
AI follows each country's data rules. In India, Ask Lintora and the WhatsApp assistant can start at launch. In the UAE they run only on services hosted inside the UAE. In Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain they wait until your adviser confirms where your data may be processed. Rule-based WhatsApp updates work everywhere from the first day.
Built by the team behind Xale CRM.
On the Xale platform (reported by our team).
Xale AI, the assistant inside Xale CRM, answers by chat or on a live voice call, as xale.in describes it.
Xale's telecaller is an AI voice agent built into Xale CRM that runs the call in Malayalam or English, as xale.in describes it. Someone on the team opens it on one student and hands the phone over. In xale.in's words, 'It is a call with that person, not a list being dialled.'
See our AI workXale's telecaller is a call a person starts with one student. Lintora makes no AI phone calls at all. Ask Lintora is set up on construction records for your build, so we test it on your own projects before your team relies on it.

A day with Lintora
An example Thursday at the made-up construction company in our screens, with the extras its screens show switched on.
- 7:30 amThe morning plan reaches 9 people on WhatsApp: today's cards, deliveries due and who is on leave.
- 7:58 amAt the Kochi building, the site engineer takes attendance gang by gang: 46 people, with a group photo and the GPS point inside the site.
- 8:10 amToolbox talk on working at the slab edge: 41 of 46 sign in.
- 9:05 amThe villa's owner, who works in Dubai, watches the front camera for 7 minutes before his own day starts.
- 10:05 am150 bags of cement reach the villa. The site engineer photographs the delivery slip, and the order, the delivery and the bill match.
- 10:07 amThe Kochi gate camera has been offline since 9:52, so the site in-charge gets an alert.
- 10:20 amThe steel check before tomorrow's 4th floor pour is called. Two items are still open, so the pour waits until both pass.
- 10:25 amThe owner opens Today: 79 workers on the Kerala sites and 18 in Dubai, 6 alerts and 7 approvals. He asks Ask Lintora why the villa's frame and slabs package is over budget.
- 5:00 pmSite engineers send their daily reports. The villa's photos, taken while the signal was down, go up as soon as it returns.

What changes by country
We are in Calicut, Kerala, with no office in the Gulf. No customer in any of these countries runs Lintora yet. This is our reading of each country's rules in October 2026, not legal or tax advice. It is taken from official notices and law firm notes, and your adviser and accountant confirm it before go-live.
| Country (currency) | On a bill | Records and connections | Where the data lives | AI at launch |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| India (INR) | A GST code on every bill line, set by your accountant; clients deduct TDS of 1% or 2% (Income-tax Act, 2025); retention and advance recovery on each RA bill; e-way bills for goods over ₹50,000 | Kerala: the 1% workers' cess for each project, guest worker (Athidhi) IDs, the K-SMART permit and building number, and K-RERA updates within 7 days of each quarter's end for developers | On the Xale platform; its location in writing on request | Ask Lintora and the WhatsApp assistant at launch; no AI phone calls |
| UAE (AED) | 5% VAT on stage bills, and on retention when it falls due; e-invoices through your accredited provider from 2027 | Wages through WPS by the 1st of the next month, with 85% paid on time (from 1 June 2026); no outdoor work 12:30 to 3 pm, 15 June to 15 September | Inside the UAE, arranged for your build and confirmed in your quote | Only on services hosted inside the UAE |
| Saudi Arabia (SAR) | 15% VAT on Arabic tax invoices; firms past SAR 187,500 of VAT revenue in any year from 2022 to 2025 join ZATCA's Fatoora by 1 February 2027 | Wages through Mudad, and GOSI; Nitaqat counts only contracts on Qiwa (since 15 April 2026); no outdoor work 12 noon to 3 pm in summer; client live view off until your lawyer agrees | In the Kingdom, arranged for your build and confirmed in your quote | Waits for your adviser's go-ahead |
| Qatar (QAR) | No VAT in force | Wages due on the 1st and paid through WPS within 7 days (from 8 September 2026); no outdoor work 10 am to 3:30 pm, 1 June to 15 September | In Qatar, arranged for your build and confirmed in your quote | Waits for your adviser's go-ahead |

| Oman (OMR) | 5% VAT; bills in three decimals; Fawtara e-invoicing from 1 April 2027 (yearly supplies above OMR 5 million) and from 1 October 2027 (all others) | WPS for at least 90% of workers (from November 2025 wages); no outdoor work 12:30 to 3:30 pm, 1 June to 31 August | On the Xale platform, with your agreement | Waits for your adviser's go-ahead |
| Bahrain (BHD) | 10% VAT; bills in three decimals | Every salary through LMRA's WPS portal (from February 2026); the summer work hours checked with you before go-live | On the Xale platform, with the basis for the transfer recorded | Waits for your adviser's go-ahead |
A Gulf company's VAT invoices in Arabic and English are in Lintora Core. Its country's payroll pack is priced on its own (Kuwait's is quoted until we have read the new system's file rules), and e-invoicing links and hosting inside the country are quoted.
How it is built
One system for the office, the site and the client
Office staff work in any browser. Site engineers and supervisors use the site app on a phone or a tablet. Clients open their portal from a WhatsApp link. Everyone works on the same records.
Made for weak signals
Daily reports, attendance, photos, deliveries and petty cash are saved on the phone first and sent when the network returns. Photos are made smaller, and a low-data mode keeps mobile bills down.
Live view from the site's own cameras
A small relay box on site sends a camera's picture to our server only while someone is watching. Snapshots build the time-lapse, and the recordings stay on the site's own recorder.
Hosted where it should be
Lintora runs on the Xale platform, hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) (reported by our team). Your workspace is kept apart from every other, and Xale's team helps inside your workspace when you ask for onboarding or support, as xale.in describes it. Hosting inside a Gulf country is arranged for your build and confirmed in your quote, in writing, before you sign. We have set up none yet. A Gulf project's camera relay sits in the same country as its data.
Backups every night
Every night we copy your records, photos, drawings and snapshots, and we check that a restore works.
Logins that match the job
Each person has their own login and sees only their projects and their role's screens; owners and accounts use two-step login. Every money entry keeps who changed it, when, and what it said before.
Your data stays yours
Everything in Lintora is customisable: fields, pipelines, roles, modules, automations and reports. Your data and your configuration are yours, exportable any time, in a workspace in your company's name.
Everything can be customised
Lintora bends to the way your company already works. Show us your sheets, your forms and your approval steps, and we set Lintora up around them.
- Screens, fields and reports added, removed or renamed
- Your packages, cost codes, cost types and number series
- The teams on each project's boards, and the columns on each board
- Approval limits by amount and by document
- Contract types, and what each client may see
- The automation rules and the wording of every message
- Your name and logo on the client portal, the bills and the messages
- Arabic for Gulf companies, priced as an extra
We build other software too
A construction company often needs more than one system. We also build websites for builders, CRMs for selling flats and villas, apps for clients and staff, and ERPs for other trades.
Work we have done

Built by the team behind Marketlube
Xale CRM
Xale is a CRM for study abroad consultancies and academies, made by Xale Private Limited in Kozhikode. It runs as a web app and an Android app. Each staff role has its own follow-ups. Access is set by stage, branch and field. Students follow their applications in a portal, and every number in a report opens the leads behind it.
ReelsBuddy, a Marketlube company
ReelsBuddy's ERP
ReelsBuddy is our own video production company. We built its whole ERP: leads and sales, a production board, accounts, HR and hiring, and reports. It is one web app made for phones, and it installs like an app. Staff roles and daily attendance are in it too. Its team also uses a private mobile app we built on the same system, as our team reports. It has sales, projects, HR, and accounts and auditing. That app is private, so we describe it here and do not show it.
Timeline
- Step 1
Within about 2 weeks
A first working draft with your projects, cost codes, teams and one of your BOQs, for you to click through.
- Step 2
Weeks 3 to 5
The full core: office, site app and client portal, with every role's login. Message templates go to Meta for review, and the camera relay goes in at your first site. The relay is added on top of the platform for your build. It would be our first camera relay, and your first site is where you test it.
- Step 3
Weeks 6 and 7
Your projects, BOQs, suppliers, workers and opening balances come across from Excel, and your team runs real days on it.
- Step 4
By week 8
Live, with each role trained on its own screens.
- Step 5
Then
Add-ons on their own timelines: Ask Lintora 4 to 6 weeks; the Gulf payroll pack 3 to 4 weeks, with a test file at your bank; Arabic 4 to 6 weeks; developer sales 4 to 6 weeks.

Gulf prices are fixed figures set for Gulf projects, never a live conversion of the rupee price: one value across the Gulf, the same number in dirhams, Qatari riyals and Saudi riyals, and its own figure in Kuwaiti dinars, Omani rials and Bahraini dinars. For a Gulf company, VAT invoices in Arabic and English are in the core; the payroll pack for its country is priced below, and e-invoicing links and hosting inside the country are quoted.
Every price is before GST (18%) in India and before VAT where it applies in the Gulf. AED prices are excl. UAE VAT where applicable.

Questions construction companies ask
What is a construction ERP, and how is it different from a site app?
A site app covers the site: attendance, materials, photos and expenses. A construction ERP runs the whole company on one set of numbers: leads and estimates, projects and team boards, purchases, subcontractors, machines, payroll and accounts. Lintora is the second kind, with a site app and a client portal inside it.
How do you choose the best construction ERP for a contracting company?
Ask five things of any system. Does it run the whole company, or only the site? Does it bill the way you do, by RA bill with retention, advance recovery and TDS? Do you pay for each user? Can a client see progress and money without calling you? Who owns the data and the code if you leave? Then ask who runs it today. No company runs Lintora yet, so weigh that too. And if you only need attendance, materials and petty cash, a site app is the better buy.
Who Lintora is the right choice forCan every project have its own board for each team: site, purchase, accounts?
Yes. Each project gets a board per team, such as civil, MEP, finishing, procurement and design, and you can add any team, accounts included. When civil marks work ready, the card moves to MEP with its photos, and a card that depends on another warns anyone who starts it early.
Does it make BOQ estimates and RA bills with retention?
Yes. Estimates are built as a BOQ with rate analysis and a margin check, and a won estimate becomes the budget. RA bills, for your clients and from your subcontractors, show this bill, the previous total and the total to date, less retention, advance recovery, TDS and back-charges. Retention is tracked until it is released.
Can clients log in to see progress, what they have paid and where the money went?
Yes. The portal shows percent done, a timeline of approved updates with photos, the contract value, approved changes, and what was billed, paid and due. It also shows where the money went: on a cost plus contract, the real spend by cost type; on a lump sum contract, the value of work done by package, never your margins.
Can clients watch the site on a live camera? How are workers' privacy and consent handled?
Yes, from the cameras already on site, in site hours only, and only the cameras you mark for that client. Audio is always off, neighbours and roads are masked, every view is logged, and cameras never point at rest areas or the labour camp. Workers get a notice in their own language. In India most DPDP duties apply from 13 May 2027, and in Saudi Arabia client viewing stays off until your lawyer agrees.
Does it send WhatsApp updates, and what does each message cost?
Yes, from your own number on WhatsApp's official platform: weekly progress to clients, payment reminders, orders to suppliers and wage slips to workers. Meta bills each delivered template in your name. A utility message costs about INR 0.115 plus GST to an Indian number and about AED 0.0576 plus VAT to a UAE number: Meta's rates from 1 October 2026, as resellers publish them.
Does it handle labour attendance and payroll, including WPS in the Gulf?
Yes. Supervisors take attendance gang by gang with a photo and the GPS point, wages follow your daily and piece rates, and slips go out on WhatsApp in Malayalam, Hindi or English (other languages are quoted). Indian payroll with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS is in the core. The Gulf payroll pack adds your country's salary file, such as the UAE's WPS file, which since 1 June 2026 is due by the 1st of the next month. Payroll is added on top of the platform for your build, and no past payroll work of ours is published.
Does it track equipment hours, fuel and servicing against each project?
Yes. Each machine logs its hours or km, fuel and idle time every day, with an alert when fuel use jumps. Services follow the hours or km, hire bills are checked against the logs, and each machine's cost is charged to the projects it worked on.
Does it make GST bills in India and VAT bills in the Gulf, in Arabic too, and ZATCA e-invoices?
GST bills, with the code your accountant sets on each line, are in the core, and so are VAT invoices and receipts in Arabic and English for Gulf companies. E-invoices go through your own accredited provider in the UAE, or your Fatoora solution in Saudi Arabia, and that link is quoted. Saudi firms whose VAT revenue passed SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025 must connect by 1 February 2027 (ZATCA, read 9 October 2026).
Can it work beside Tally or our current accounts?
Yes. Many firms keep their books in Tally. Lintora can run billing, project cost and payables, and leave the final books to your accountant; an export to Tally is quoted for your set-up.
Does it work on site with a weak signal?
That is how it is designed. Daily reports, attendance, photos, deliveries and petty cash are saved on the phone and sent once the signal is back, and a low-data mode makes photos smaller. The site app installs from the browser on low-cost Android phones. The offline site app is added on top of the platform for your build. It would be our first offline-first app, so your first draft is where you test it on your own site.
Who owns the code and the data? Can we export it?
Your company owns its data and its configuration, in a workspace in its name, and can export any list to Excel at any time. The platform under Lintora is Xale, made by Xale Private Limited.
Can we move our projects from Excel or another app?
Yes. One import of projects, BOQs, suppliers, subcontractors, workers and opening balances, from Excel or another app's export, is part of the core build.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Lintora Core starts from INR 1,40,000 in India and from AED, QAR or SAR 5,500, KWD 450, or OMR or BHD 550 in the Gulf, before tax, with 3 months of hosting and live view at one site. After that, care with hosting starts from INR 3,000 a month. A first working draft takes about 2 weeks, and go-live is within 8 weeks.
What support follows go-live, and when can we reach you?
The core price covers hosting for the first three months. From month 4, care covers hosting, nightly backups, security updates and fixes. Reach us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm India time. That is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm in the UAE and Oman, and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm in Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Sunday is a working day in Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Bahrain but not one of our support days, so a Gulf quote says how an outage on a Sunday is handled.
Is Lintora a ready product?
Yes, as a product on the Xale platform (reported by our team): the platform runs today, and Lintora's own modules are configured and added for your company before go-live, within 8 weeks. No construction company runs it yet. What runs today is Xale's workspaces, roles, automations, reports and AI, as xale.in describes them.
