The problem
Where construction & interiors marketing leaks.
Four problems we plan around before a single rupee or dirham goes into media.
Long, expensive decisions
A new home or a full interior is a six-to-eighteen-month decision worth lakhs or crores. Most enquiries aren't ready to sign this month, and a sales team that only chases hot leads loses the families who will be ready by next Onam.
The client lives in Dubai
Many Kerala homes are funded and decided from Dubai, Doha or Riyadh. The owner can't walk the site, so they choose the firm that shares progress, answers on WhatsApp at Gulf hours and looks trustworthy on a phone screen.
Portfolios that undersell the work
Beautiful projects end up as dim phone photos and unlabelled renders. Without proper shoots, walkthroughs and before-and-after stories, a buyer can't tell your finish quality from a contractor who charges half as much.
Enquiries with no budget attached
'Rate per square foot?' messages arrive from people comparing ten firms at once. Without qualifying questions, designers spend site visits and free 3D drawings on enquiries that were never going to convert.
The fix
What we do about it.
Each fix maps to a service we run in-house in Calicut for construction and interiors brands in Kerala, across India and in the GCC.

Do builder ads need a RERA number?
If you're selling units in a project that has to register with K-RERA (broadly, projects on more than 500 sq m of land or with more than eight apartments), the registration number must appear in ads and on the landing page. Contract builders and interior firms working on a client's own plot usually aren't selling a registered project, but we check every campaign before it goes live.
Can we show 3D renders in our ads?
Yes, as long as they're labelled as renders. Advertising codes such as ASCI's treat a render passed off as a finished project as misleading, and it backfires at the site visit anyway. We pair renders with real photographs and handover films so the promise and the finish match.
How do you reach NRI homeowners in the Gulf?
We target Malayalis in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain by language, location and interests, run ads in Gulf evenings and weekends, and hand chats to someone who can video-call the site. Monthly progress reels and a shared project tracker keep owners confident from 3,000 km away.
Do you work with fit-out and interior firms in Dubai?
Yes. For villa renovations, office fit-outs and joinery firms in the UAE we run Google search on high-intent terms, LinkedIn and Meta for commercial decision-makers, and project films that show fit-out quality. Budgets and reporting are in AED.
When is the best time to advertise in Kerala?
Before the monsoon. Families lock in designers and builders in the dry months so work can finish in time for a house-warming around Onam, Vishu or a wedding. Most avoid starting in Karkidakam. We build the pipeline from January to May and use the monsoon for content, consultations and nurture rather than heavy spend.
