Luxart Builders: A website, walkthrough reels and lead ads for a Calicut home builder

Luxart Builders is a premium home builder in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, that pairs each homeowner with one of its empanelled architects.

We designed and built luxartbuilders.com around that model, with projects grouped by architect and an enquiry button that opens WhatsApp in one tap. We also ran the marketing around it: videos, Luxart's Instagram and its Meta ads.

The builder

Who is Luxart Builders?

Luxart Builders is a home builder and project-management consultancy in Calicut (Kozhikode), with its office at HiLITE Business Park. Its promise, in its own words, is “Premium Housing at not so premium pricing”, and its model is unusual for a builder: it pairs each homeowner with one of its empanelled architects, then plans, builds and finishes the house around that design.

The site lists ten services, from 3D design and planning to construction, interiors, landscaping, renovation and budget planning, and the projects on it run from Calicut and Malappuram to Wayanad and Kochi, with several more in Dubai. Its buyers are families planning a large house of their own, a decision that takes months, not days.

The job

What does a builder like Luxart need online?

Luxart Builders was registered as a company in January 2025, and its website went live in July that year. It sells something most people buy once, at a price that asks for a lot of trust, through a model many homeowners haven't met before.

So the job was never one ad or one post. Luxart needed a website that explains the architect model and shows the work in detail, a steady feed of homes, sites and materials that keeps it in view while families decide, and ads that bring the right homeowners in. We took on all three, and each one hands the homeowner to Luxart's team: the site and the feed through a WhatsApp chat, the ads through a sign-up form.

  • A website that explains the architect model
  • A feed that keeps Luxart in view for months
  • Ads that bring the right homeowners in

The website

How does the site turn a visit into an enquiry?

By making Luxart's case in the order a homeowner needs it. The home page opens on the promise, with Luxart's own counters under it: 100+ happy clients, 25+ architects, 100K+ sq. ft. Then come the ten services, the empanelled architects, “Our Vision in Design”, a before-and-after slider, and a gallery of walkthrough reels.

Wherever a visitor stops, the next step is the same. “Enquire now”, in the header, the hero and again further down, opens WhatsApp with a message already written: “Hello, I'm interested in your premium housing projects.” We designed the site dark and gold, after Luxart's logo, and built it as a React app on Vercel's Mumbai edge. Every page ends with our credit, “Powered by Marketlube”.

  • Promise, services, architects and reels, in that order
  • “Enquire now” opens WhatsApp, message pre-written
  • Live since July 2025, with our credit on every page

The projects

Why are the projects grouped by architect?

Because that's how Luxart sells. A homeowner who falls for a house often wants the architect behind it, so every empanelled architect on the home page has a “View Projects” button that opens that practice's work. The site presents 36 projects this way, from Luxart itself and seven architects' practices.

Each project has a page of its own with the place, the area, the type of project and the architect. The newer ones go further: the restoration of an 85-year-old Kerala home near Calicut University is written up as a full brief, with the restoration, masonry, finishes, wiring and plumbing, landscape, budget and timeline each under its own heading. Projects went up in four batches between July and December 2025.

Meta ads

What do Luxart's live ads say?

Who they're for, in the first line: families planning a big house. Our team reports that we ran Luxart's Meta ads. Meta's public Ad Library shows Luxart's live ads, though not who made them: on 30 Sep 2026 it listed four active video ads from the Luxart Builders page, all started on 28 Sep 2026, on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. Two open with “Planning to build a home above 3,000 sq. ft.?” and the other two offer “design, planning, and construction under one roof” for homes of 3,000 square feet and more.

Each one is a vertical video of about half a minute, with a presenter outside a finished villa or inside finished rooms, and each ends in a “Sign up” form that opens inside Facebook or Instagram. A homeowner planning something smaller scrolls on, and that's the point: the sales team's calls go to enquiries that fit.

The reels

What do the walkthrough reels show?

Finished homes, room by room, the way a visitor would walk through them. On the website we built, five vertical walkthroughs play in a gallery on the home page.

Video was part of our work for Luxart, as reported by our team, and the site gives it a section of its own, “Explore Our World of Design”. Some reels are pure walkthroughs, with nobody on screen: a staircase, a window seat, a lounge, a kitchen. Others have a presenter explaining one decision in Malayalam, like how big a bedroom should be, with the sizes on screen. The Luxart mark sits in the corner of each one, and the web address runs along the bottom.

Instagram

What does a month of Luxart's Instagram look like?

Instagram management was part of our scope, as reported by our team. In September 2026, @luxart_builders posted 12 reels between the 4th and the 29th, about one every two days.

They follow a clear pattern. Walkthroughs of finished homes, with the architect credited on screen. Reels from live sites under the line “the art of building”, from piling rigs to laterite walls. Short explainers on materials, like the kinds of laterite stone used in Kerala houses. And now and then the printed brochure, or the presenter at a hand-carved front door.

Every caption carries the same line, “Expert guidance to find your ideal designer”, and a way to reach Luxart on WhatsApp. On 30 Sep 2026 the account had 4,997 followers, and a sister account, @luxart_homes, shares many of the reels as collaborations.

For the next builder

What we'd tell another builder.

Sell the way you actually work. If your homes start with an architect, put the architects on your website and let people browse by them. If buyers want to see the finish, film it room by room and use the films everywhere: on the site, in the feed and in the ads.

Then say who you're for before anyone taps. An ad that names the size of home you build saves your team from calls that were never going to become a contract. And make the next step one tap on a phone, with the first message already written.

  • Organise the website the way you sell
  • Film the finish, room by room
  • Say who you build for in the first line
  • One tap to a conversation

Proof

All of it public, all of it dated.

The 36 projects are a portfolio of Luxart and its empanelled architects, not homes Luxart built on its own, and the counters in our captures of the site (100+ clients, 25+ architects, 100K+ sq. ft.) are Luxart's own figures. The website is ours on the record: every page ends “Powered by Marketlube”. The rest of our scope (video, Instagram and Meta ads) is as reported by our team, and the Ad Library shows Luxart's ads, not who made each one. We don't publish Luxart's enquiries, costs per lead or sales: those are Luxart's numbers.
