The firm

Who is Yesjay Associates?

Yesjay Associates is a firm of chartered accountants and advisers in Kerala. It dates itself to 2012, and today its corporate office is in Aluva, near Kochi, with branches in Kochi and Kannur. Its line on the new site is “Kerala's Leading Consultancy”.

The work runs from audits, tax and GST to company law, business valuations, foreign investment and intellectual property, with two groups of clients that need particular care: NRIs with income or property in India, and startups that need registering and funding. The firm also takes CA articleship students, so its website has to recruit as well as sell.

  • Corporate office in Aluva, branches in Kochi and Kannur
  • 14 services, from audit and GST to NRI tax

The old site

Why did Yesjay need a new site?

Until early 2026, yesjay.in was a template from 2016, with one page for all of the firm's services. A client looking for help with NRI tax or a GST registration had to read through everything to find their own problem, and a search engine had just as little to go on.

The new site had three jobs: give each service a page of its own, bring every enquiry in already sorted, and show a student choosing a firm for articleship what working at Yesjay is like.

Services

How do 14 services fit on one site?

One page each. Every service on yesjay.in has its own page with its own heading, a short summary and the work inside it listed as fold-out rows, so a visitor reads the part they came for and skips the rest.

Tax advisory, for example, runs from income tax returns, tax planning, advance tax and TDS to foreign remittances and representation before the tax authorities, with corporate tax below it. NRI taxation covers residential status, capital gains on property sales and the 15CA and 15CB certificates for sending money abroad.

A list of the other services runs down the side of every service page, so moving from GST to company law takes one tap, and the services page shows all 14 as rows, each with “Book Appointment” and “View Details”.

Enquiries

How does every enquiry arrive already sorted?

Each of the three ways in asks the question that matters first. “Book a Consultation”, in the header of every page, opens WhatsApp with the message already written: “Hi YesJay team, I'd like to book a consultation.”

The contact form asks for the inquiry type and the consultation form asks for the service, both from the same list of the 14 services plus “Others”. So an enquiry about NRI tax arrives labelled as one, and the reply can start with an answer instead of a question.

  • WhatsApp, with the message pre-written
  • A contact form that asks for the inquiry type
  • A consultation form that asks for the service

Questions

What do clients ask before they call?

The home page answers five common questions in a fold-out list: which services a new company needs, what Yesjay does for NRIs and foreign clients, whether it helps with startup registration and funding, why a student should choose it for CA articleship, and whether it works as a virtual CFO.

The list sits just above the yellow band that closes every page, “Looking for expert financial or advisory support?”, with its “Book a Consultation” button, so the next step is right there when an answer isn't enough.

Hiring

Why does a CA firm's website need a careers page?

Because a firm like Yesjay competes for people as well as clients. Chartered accountancy runs on articleship, and students choose the firm they train with.

So the site recruits too. On 30 Sep 2026 the careers page listed three openings, for chartered accountants, CA, CS and CMA articleship assistants and a semi-qualified CS, each with “Apply Now”, plus a way to send a resume for roles that aren't listed. A gallery of 130 photos, “Life @ YESJAY”, and a team page show what the firm is like from the inside before anyone applies.

The build

What's under the hood?

The site is built with Next.js 16 and Tailwind CSS, and every page is prerendered, so Vercel serves it ready-made from its edge in Mumbai.

The basics that don't show are there too: HTTPS with HSTS and the usual security headers, a proper heading on every inner page, and redirects that send the old contact and services addresses to their new pages, so years of old links still land somewhere useful.

For the next firm

What we'd tell another professional firm.

Build the site around the services, not the firm. People rarely search for a firm first; they search for the help they need, like an NRI tax return or a GST registration, so each service deserves a page of its own that explains it plainly and offers a consultation on the spot.

Then make asking easy, and bring every enquiry in already sorted. And when a site is rebuilt, send every old address to its new page, so years of links still land somewhere useful.

  • A page for each service, in plain words
  • A consultation one tap away
  • Enquiries sorted before they arrive
  • Old addresses sent to their new pages

Proof

Every service, one tap from a consultation.

The site is ours on the record: every page ends “Powered By Marketlube”. Our work for Yesjay is the website only, so we don't claim the films on it, or its social media and advertising. “Kerala's Leading Consultancy” and the founding year are Yesjay's own words, and the stock photography on the site illustrates its sections without showing Yesjay's offices or clients.
