In its own words it has been in business since 2008, with branches across Kerala and one in Dubai. Most of its work is local: resale flats, villas and plots, land, commercial space and rentals. It also sells new projects as a channel partner for developers. Its website names Azizi, Sobha and Asset Homes among them, and its own posts show partner programmes with the Prestige Group and Danube Properties.
And it sells the other way too: Dubai property to buyers in Kerala, at Dubai Property Show events it runs in towns from Kannur to Trivandrum.

When a developer launches, several agencies in one city can be selling the same towers from the same brochure and the same renders, so a buyer sees the same pictures from all of them. What a partner can own is the way it shows the place, and how quickly it answers when a buyer asks.
So the work, as our team reports it, was video, including location shoots at the developers' projects Big Deals sells, plus its ads and performance marketing. Two things on Big Deals' side are other firms' work, and we don't claim them: its website, bigdeals.pro, and its logo.

What does a location shoot show that a render can't?
The place itself. A render shows a tower that doesn't exist yet; a location shoot shows what a buyer will actually live with.

At Prestige Ocean Pearl that is the sea at West Hill, where the Prestige Group is building it. At Sobha Bellevue it is the Chaliyar, running past the plot in Feroke. Our team reports shooting Big Deals' videos on location at projects by developers such as Sobha and the Prestige Group. The two latest location films on Big Deals' Instagram are below. They are Big Deals' own posts, and we don't claim either one as our shoot. Each follows a presenter from Big Deals' own team out of the city and onto the site: coffee with the view, then a walk through the experience centre or across the plot.

Both films open away from the project, at a café in town. Then the drive, then the site: the terrace, the experience centre, the plot. Every beat shows something a buyer weighs up: the view, what's nearby, the numbers that matter. The Sobha Bellevue film closes on its offer, “Just 20% now”, over the river.
Where the building doesn't exist yet, the Sobha Bellevue film also cuts in Sobha's own renders of the towers and the pool. We leave those out here: they're Sobha's work.

For a brokerage, that means paying for enquiries rather than for views: each launch, resale flat or Dubai project goes to the buyers most likely to ask about it, and the budget follows whatever brings those questions in.
Part of Big Deals' ad account is public. On 30 Sep 2026, Meta's Ad Library listed 12 live ads in India from Big Deals' Facebook page, 7 of them video: pre-launch offers for new towers in Calicut, Dubai payment plans for buyers in Kerala, resale flats and rentals. It also keeps three Prestige Ocean Pearl ads that ran from 6 September to 2 October 2025, listed for the UAE as well as India. Many buyers of Calicut flats live and work in the Gulf.
The Library shows who ran an ad, not who made it, so we don't point to any single ad as ours. And we don't publish Big Deals' spend, leads or bookings: those are Big Deals' numbers.

Big Deals posted its Prestige Ocean Pearl film three times: on 1 March 2026 at 79 seconds, again on 4 March at 69 seconds, and again on 11 April at 78 seconds. On 30 Sep 2026 the first two posts had about 2,000 plays each, and the April post had 70,116.

Every partner selling a launch has the same renders. The view from the plot, the road in and the walk to the sea are yours, if you go and film them.
Put someone from your own team on camera, someone a buyer can meet at the site. Say the numbers out loud and put them on screen, and end on the offer. Then cut the same shoot more than once, and let the ads follow the enquiries, in Kerala and in the Gulf.
