Overview
Big Deals is a property consultancy in Calicut that, in its own words, has branches across Kerala and one in Dubai. We ran a feed that mixed listing posts, Malayalam hooks and the people behind the firm.
The brief
Property buyers scroll past dozens of listings a day, and most realtor feeds look the same: a photo, a price and a phone number. Big Deals needed a feed that made listings easy to scan, felt local, and built trust in the team as well as the properties.

How we approached it
A listing template that scans
Blue-and-white cards with the property, key details and a bold price tag, so every listing reads in a second.
Speak the buyer's language
Malayalam hooks and questions in bold speech-bubble type, alongside English posts for NRI and Gulf audiences.
Faces of the firm
Team introductions, birthdays and agent spotlights that put people in front of the properties.
Moments that matter
Promotion for events such as a Dubai property show in Kannur, posted alongside the listings.
The outcome
An active, recognisable Instagram presence with a consistent blue brand frame, bilingual copy and a steady mix of listings, people and events.
