Overview
Hiline is a builder whose promise is 'Building Your Tomorrow'. We designed its first website, which leads with the home buyers imagine ('Your Dream Place' over a villa at dusk), then walks them through projects and services.
The brief
Home buyers, often including families deciding from abroad, judge a builder by its website long before they visit a site. Hiline needed an online presence that felt aspirational and trustworthy, and presented both its projects and its property management service clearly.

The site had to showcase a growing portfolio without becoming cluttered, and work beautifully on a phone, where most property browsing now happens.

How we approached it
Lead with the dream
A full-bleed hero of a contemporary villa at dusk beneath light, airy 'Your Dream Place' lettering.
Minimal chrome
A slim pill navigation and restrained type, so the architecture photography does the selling.
Projects as a gallery
Rounded project cards in a simple grid, each with evening photography that shows the homes at their best.
Services explained
A dedicated property management section that explains how Hiline keeps owners' homes well maintained and managed.
The outcome
A responsive first website for Hiline, live by December 2024, with an aspirational hero, a project gallery and a clear services story for buyers and owners. Hiline has since moved to a new website built by another team.
