Software we design and build: four ready products on the Xale platform, each with its screens, scope and price
Marketlube is a growth partner in Calicut, Kerala. We design software for one kind of business at a time, publish its sample screens, its scope and its price, and set it up for each company. All four are made on the Xale platform (reported by our team). No customer runs any of the four yet. Each page shows what you would get.

Why we publish the design and the price before you pay
We would rather you saw everything before you pay anything. So each product has a page of its own, with sample screens you can click through, every part of the scope, the timeline and the starting price.
It keeps us honest too. The screens use made-up data: they are samples, not a customer's live system. Odanta, Tailora and Lintora each count what is in the core build, what is an add-on and what comes later. And each of them says in its first lines that no customer runs it yet.
The price you see is a starting price, before tax, and your written quote fixes your own. Each is one fee as priced, or a subscription, quoted on request. Odanta, Tailora and Lintora print it in seven currencies, for India and the six Gulf states. SafarDesk is one buyer's quote, in rupees. Enterprise custom deployment and enterprise pricing are available on request.
How it works
- The productOpen a product's page. Click through its sample screens, read its scope and see its starting price. You sign nothing, and you do not need a call.
- Your changesTell us how your company works: your forms, your lists and your approval steps. We set the product up around them, and a written quote fixes your own price.
- The walk-throughSee the design on a 20-minute call, or at our office in HiLITE Business Park, Calicut, before you pay anything.
- The buildYou pay half to start. The platform is there already, so the work is your own modules and settings. A first working draft reaches you early, for your team to click through, and the full build follows. Each product's page gives its own dates.
- Your testYour own team tests the system with your own records before it goes live.
- The second paymentThe other half is due on completion and testing approval. Your data and your configuration are yours, exportable any time, in a workspace in your company's name.
Who builds it: the Xale platform, and the team that built it
All four are made on the Xale platform (reported by our team). Its workspaces, roles, automations, reports and AI exist and run today, as xale.in describes them. Each product's own modules are configured and added for each customer in its go-live weeks, and no customer runs any of the four yet.
The platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) (reported by our team); each workspace is kept apart from every other, and the database is backed up every hour to off-site storage, as xale.in describes it.
Xale CRM, made by Xale Private Limited, is built by the team behind Marketlube. ReelsBuddy, a Marketlube company, runs its sales, production, HR and accounts on an ERP we built. The first table is what the platform already has. The second is what our team has built once elsewhere. How the platform works, and what we build on it is a chapter of the Xale case study.
On the Xale platform already
| Part of the system | What the platform has | Where you can check |
|---|---|---|
| A workspace for each company alone | The Xale platform keeps each workspace to itself, with backups and exports, as xale.in describes it. | The platform chapter |
| Follow-ups for each role | Xale CRM: each staff role has its own follow-ups. | Xale case study |
| Reports | Xale CRM: a report builder where every number opens the leads behind it. | Xale case study |
| Roles and access | Xale CRM: five-level access per stage, branch and field. | Xale case study |
| A portal for your own customers | Xale CRM: a student portal to follow each application. | Xale case study |
| Reminders and rules, with a log | Xale CRM: 26 automation actions, retried and logged in plain English. | Xale case study |
| An assistant on your own data (an add-on to Odanta, Tailora and Lintora) | Xale AI, the assistant inside Xale CRM, answers by chat or on a live voice call, as xale.in describes it. Each answer shows what it looked up and the filters it used, so a number can be checked. | xale.in/ai-crm |
| A voice agent in English or Malayalam (an add-on to Odanta and Tailora) | Xale's telecaller is an AI voice agent built into Xale CRM that runs the call in Malayalam or English, as xale.in describes it. Someone on the team opens it on one student and hands the phone over. In xale.in's words, 'It is a call with that person, not a list being dialled.' | xale.in/ai-telecaller |

What is added for each product, on top of the platform
You should know this before you ask for a quote. The platform does not cover everything, and no customer runs any of the four yet. The first five lines are true of all four products. The last two are true of the products they name.
- No customer yet. No company runs any of the four, so there are no users, results, ratings or reviews to show you.
- Your own system. The platform runs today, and each product's own modules are configured and added for your company in its go-live weeks. The screens on its page are samples with made-up data.
- The modules of these four trades. The dental chart, the kennel map, the BOQ and the bus fee ledger are each product's own, set up on the platform, and no customer runs them yet. Xale itself is sold on xale.in to study abroad consultancies, academies and colleges, with templates for manpower, travel and video production teams too.
- Arabic screens, added for your build.
- Hosting inside a Gulf country, and a link to any Gulf government or insurance system, added for your build. We have set up none and connected to none yet. Hosting inside your country is confirmed in your quote, in writing, before you sign.
- In Odanta and Tailora, an AI phone call that a rule starts, added on top of the platform. Xale's telecaller is a call a person starts on one student.
- In SafarDesk and Lintora, payroll, added on top of the platform. No past payroll work of ours is published.
