About these terms
These terms cover your use of marketlube.in (the “site”), run by Marketlube, P1, 4th Floor, HiLITE Business Park, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014, India (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Using the site
You're welcome to browse, read and share the site. When you do, please don't:

- scrape or copy the site at a scale that burdens it, or to republish our content;
- send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through the contact form;
- pretend to be someone else, or send us information you have no right to share.
We may block access from anyone who misuses the site.
Our content and your use of it
The text, design, code, graphics, video and case studies on this site belong to Marketlube, our clients or our licensors. Client names, logos and project media remain the property of their owners and are shown to describe work we did for them. If you own something shown here and want it changed or removed, email hello@marketlube.in.
You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with credit to Marketlube. Please don't reproduce our work, present it as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Portfolio and results
Where an entry in our portfolio or elsewhere on the site is labelled a concept or illustrative project, its figures are illustrative planning numbers, not results for a real client.
Results described for real client work are specific to that client, market and moment. They show what we've done. They're not a promise of what any future campaign will achieve.
Blog and guidance
Articles on our blog and budget ranges mentioned anywhere on the site are general information for planning. They aren't legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and platform rules and prices change often, so check current information, or ask us, before you act on them.
Enquiries, quotes and proposals
Sending a brief through the contact form, email or WhatsApp doesn't create a contract, and neither does anything on this site. Prices, timelines and scopes mentioned on the site or in early conversations are indicative.
Any engagement is governed by a written proposal or agreement accepted by both sides. If that agreement and these terms ever disagree, the agreement wins.
Links to other sites
The site links to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, and to live client websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, error-free or complete. We may change, pause or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms.
