A bright D2C storefront built to sell by the tub.

Overview

An e-commerce storefront for the Proteinuts peanut butter range. It carries the packaging's lime-and-green energy onto the screen and keeps every flavour one tap from the cart.

The brief

Selling direct means the website is the shelf, the salesperson and the checkout. Proteinuts needed a store that feels as lively as its packaging, explains why the product is different at a glance, and makes choosing a flavour effortless.

Most visits arrive on a phone from social media, so the mobile experience had to come first rather than being squeezed down from a desktop layout.

How we approached it

  1. A hero that sells the feeling

'Boost Your Day with Crunchy Energy' over bright lime, with the tubs front and centre and a direct shop button.

  2. Benefits at a glance

A benefits band with playful type in place of a paragraph of claims: protein packed, heart healthy, energy boosting, nutrient dense.

  3. Shop the range

A clean product grid under 'Simple. Delicious. Nutritious.', with each flavour on its own card and a clear call to action.

  4. Mobile first

Layouts designed for thumbs first, then expanded for tablet and desktop.

The outcome

A responsive storefront with a home page, benefits storytelling and a product grid, designed for mobile shoppers and matched to the Proteinuts packaging system.
