The problem
Where jewellery marketing leaks.
Four problems we plan around before a single rupee or dirham goes into media.
Every jeweller says the same thing
Purity, trust and 'latest designs' are table stakes. Every showroom on the street claims them. Without a distinct bridal point of view, a signature collection or a clear story behind your making charges, your ads blend into a feed of identical necklace close-ups and price becomes the only lever left.
Demand arrives in spikes
Akshaya Tritiya, Onam, Dhanteras and the wedding months decide much of the year's revenue, while Karkidakam goes quiet. Campaigns that start the week before a festival pay peak ad prices, and the families who planned ahead chose their showroom weeks earlier.
Bridal sets are a family decision
A Kerala bridal set is chosen by the bride, her mother and often a relative in Dubai or Doha, over weeks, on WhatsApp. If your team can't share a collection, hold a design or book a private viewing across time zones, the family visits the jeweller that can.
Online interest, offline sale
Almost every sale closes at the counter, so ad platforms only ever see clicks and chats. Without store-visit tracking you can't tell whether Instagram, Google or the highway hoarding brought in the family that bought the bridal set.

What we do about it.

FAQ
Jewellery marketing, answered.
Can our ads say 'BIS hallmarked' or '916'?
Yes, as long as every piece shown is. BIS hallmarking with a six-digit HUID is mandatory for gold jewellery sold in the districts BIS has notified, which now cover most of India's jewellery trade, and advertising codes expect purity and price claims to be exact. So we feature hallmarked pieces, name the karat, keep offer conditions (such as making-charge discounts) visible, and avoid blanket lines like '100% pure'. Gulf campaigns state the karat and follow your store's own certification.
How do you market around gold-rate swings?
We never hard-code a price into long-running ads. Gold-rate posts are refreshed daily from your board rate, while campaigns lean on making-charge offers, old-gold exchange and gold savings schemes. Those messages hold up whether the rate rises or falls. When the rate dips, a 'book at today's rate' push can go live within hours.
Can you reach NRI families buying bridal jewellery?
Yes. We target Malayali families in the UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman with bridal campaigns timed to their home-leave months and to Gulf evenings, and route chats to staff who can walk them through designs on a video call. For showrooms in the Gulf we flip it: DSF, Diwali, Akshaya Tritiya and Eid campaigns for Indian expat buyers in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
Should a jewellery showroom sell online?
Partly. Lightweight, daily-wear and gifting lines can sell online; bridal and diamond pieces convert better as a WhatsApp consultation followed by a store appointment. For most showrooms we build a website that sells the visit (collections, gold-rate updates and booking) and add a store only for the lines that suit it.
What budget does a jewellery campaign need?
Single-showroom jewellers in Kerala usually start between ₹75,000 and ₹2 lakh a month in media, rising around Akshaya Tritiya, Onam and the wedding months. Multi-branch and Gulf campaigns are planned per branch, from about AED 10,000 a month in the UAE. We set budgets against target store visits, not impressions.
