The problem
Where fashion & textiles marketing leaks.
Four problems we plan around before a single rupee or dirham goes into media.
A year decided in weeks
Onakkodi, wedding silks and Eid collections pack a large share of annual sales into a few short windows. Stock, staff and ads that aren't ready a month early end up competing for attention at the most expensive moment of the year.
Collections outpace content
New arrivals land every week, but shoots happen twice a year. The feed fills with flat-lay phone photos, and customers can't see drape, fall or fit, the very things that make them visit or buy.
The bride is in Dubai
A Kerala bride working in Dubai or Doha wants to see the silk, the zari and the colour in daylight before she flies home. Showrooms that can't run video-call selection or hold pieces lose the order to one that can.
Returns eat the margin
Labels selling online fight size-related returns, refused cash-on-delivery orders and GCC shipping costs. Without size guides, fit content and clear delivery promises, every order carries margin risk.
The fix
What we do about it.
Each fix maps to a service we run in-house in Calicut for fashion and textile brands in Kerala, across India and in the GCC.

FAQ
Fashion & textiles marketing, answered.
Do influencer posts need to be labelled?
Yes. In India, ASCI's influencer guidelines require paid or gifted creator content to carry a clear disclosure such as #ad or a 'Paid partnership' label. In the UAE, anyone publishing paid or gifted promotions needs an Advertiser Permit from the UAE Media Council. We brief every creator on both and keep the paperwork on file.
Can you run video-call shopping for NRI brides?
Yes. Ads and WhatsApp flows book a video-call slot with your bridal team, pieces can be held against a deposit, and shortlists are saved so the family can finish the purchase in the showroom when they fly home, or have it shipped to the Gulf.
Should a textile showroom sell online?
Often not the whole store. Showrooms usually win by selling the visit with new-arrival reels, WhatsApp catalogues and festive offers, while an online store carries bestsellers, ready-to-wear and repeat lines. Fashion labels and D2C brands are the reverse: online first, then pop-ups and marketplaces.
Which season should we plan for first?
In Kerala, Onam: Chingam weddings and Onakkodi buying make August and September the biggest window for most showrooms, followed by the later wedding months, Vishu and Eid. In the GCC, Ramadan, Eid and the Dubai Shopping Festival lead. We start planning each campaign about six weeks ahead.
How much content does a fashion brand need?
For an active showroom or label, three to five reels and a steady run of stories every week, plus a campaign film each season. We produce it in seasonal shoot days rather than weekly shoots, which keeps quality high and the cost per piece low.
