The problem
Where beauty & wellness marketing leaks.
Four problems we plan around before a single rupee or dirham goes into media.
Full Saturdays, empty Tuesdays
Weekends and the bridal season are fully booked; Tuesday afternoons aren't. Without off-peak offers, memberships and rebooking prompts, revenue swings with the calendar and staff sit idle between rushes.
Ad rules that trip up beauty brands
Before-and-after photos, weight-loss promises and treatment results are restricted by Meta and Google and by advertising codes in India and the UAE. Many salons and clinics find their best-performing creative rejected, or their ad account restricted.
Trust is local and visual
People choose a salon, spa or gym from Google reviews, Instagram and a friend's recommendation. A thin profile, stock photos or a handful of old reviews sends them to the place down the road.
No-shows and one-time visitors
A missed appointment is time you can't resell, and most first-time clients never return because nobody asked them to. The booking data that could fix both sits in a diary or an app no one checks.
The fix
What we do about it.
Each fix maps to a service we run in-house in Calicut for beauty & wellness brands in Kerala, across India and in the GCC.

Can we use before-and-after photos in ads?
Not in most paid ads. Meta's advertising policies don't allow before-and-after images for weight-loss or cosmetic procedures, and result claims for medical-aesthetic treatments are tightly controlled in both India and the UAE. With client consent, they can work on your website and in organic posts; paid ads are built around technique, ambience and reviews instead.
Do skin and aesthetic clinics need approval for ads?
Clinics offering medical treatments sit under stricter rules than salons. In Dubai, health-related ads generally need Dubai Health Authority approval before they run; in India, doctors' self-promotion is restricted by National Medical Commission rules and treatment claims fall under ASCI's code. We plan clinic campaigns around education and booking, and route anything medical through your compliance lead.
Do you market Ayurveda centres and wellness retreats?
Yes. It's one of Kerala's strongest categories. Karkidakam, the monsoon month, is the traditional season for Ayurvedic rejuvenation, so we build campaigns for Gulf and domestic guests months ahead, with films of treatments and spaces and booking flows that answer questions on duration, diet and doctors. We steer clear of cure claims.
Can you help gyms and fitness studios?
Yes. January and the run-up to the wedding season are the big sign-up windows in Kerala; in the GCC it's the September return from summer and the weeks after Ramadan. We run trial-pass and membership campaigns, track trials to paid sign-ups, and use WhatsApp to win back members who stop showing up.
Which booking systems do you work with?
Whatever you already use, whether that's Fresha, Zenoti, a clinic system or a WhatsApp diary. We connect bookings to the ad platforms where the software allows it; where it doesn't, we build a lightweight CRM so every campaign is judged on appointments kept.
