First floor

Ladies' floor

A full floor of its own, with its own door, its own lift and women coaches only.

  • Separate entrance and drop-off bay on the side street

Men and women never share a floor, a staircase or a changing room. Kids classes run in Studio B on the ground floor, with its own door.

The ladies' floor

Run by women, for women.

Everyone who works on the first floor is a woman: coaches, front desk and cleaning team. Book, train, shower and leave without seeing the men's floor.

An empty ladies' changing room with steel-blue lockers with round wooden knobs, a long oak bench, stacked white towels and frosted shower doors in soft daylight.
  1. Women coaches only.

Every class and every personal training hour on the ladies' floor is coached by a woman.

  2. Private changing rooms.

Lockers with your own code, private shower cubicles, hair dryers and a quiet prayer corner.

  3. No cameras inside.

Cameras cover the outside doors only. None on the floor, none in the changing rooms.

  4. Your own way in.

A side-street entrance with a covered drop-off bay, so drivers and family can wait in the shade.

FAQ

Questions we hear at the desk.

Do I need to be fit to join a class?

No. Classes marked Beginner friendly start from zero, and your coach scales every exercise to you. Advanced classes ask for three months of regular training first.

Can I see the ladies' floor before I join?

Yes. Book a free open floor visit for the ladies' floor and a woman coach will walk you round. Men's staff do not go upstairs during opening hours.

How does freezing work?

Freeze in blocks of 7 days or more, up to your plan's freeze days. Tell us at the desk or on WhatsApp the day before. Your end date moves by the same number of days.

What do I bring?

Clean indoor shoes, a water bottle and your membership card or app. Towels and lockers are free. Modest training wear is welcome on both floors.

Can I bring my child while I train?

Only into a booked kids class in Studio B. Children cannot wait on the adult floors.

What changes in Ramadan?

The timetable switches to late nights: floors open 8:30 pm and close at 3 am (men) and 1:30 am (ladies), with a short session before iftar. Turn on the Ramadan switch on the timetable to see the classes.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, on 6 and 12-month plans: two payments, a month apart, by KNET or card.
