The whole trip on one page. Here is what each day looks like.
MR-N18 · 15 days · Calicut · 7 Makkah + 7 Madinah
Day 1, Calicut to Makkah
Meet at the airport 4 hours before the flight. The group leader checks every passport and vaccination card. Land in Jeddah, coach to the hotel in Makkah, rest. Umrah together after rest, at the pace of the slowest walker.
Day 2, Rest and settle
A short walk with the group leader from the hotel to the Haram and back, so everyone knows the way and the meeting point.
Days 3 to 7, Makkah
Prayers in your own time. The group leader is in the hotel lobby after Fajr and Isha every day. Makkah ziyarat by coach on Day 5 (half day).
Day 8, Makkah to Madinah
Coach after breakfast, about 5 to 6 hours with a meal stop. The high-speed train is available as an add-on.
Days 9 to 13, Madinah
Rawdah permits booked for you through Nusuk where slots are open. Madinah ziyarat by coach on Day 10 (half day): Quba and Uhud.
Day 14, Free day
Shopping, rest, packing.
Day 15, Madinah to Calicut
Coach to Madinah airport, flight home. Families are told the landing time the evening before.

We show distance as a band until the hotel is confirmed.

Band A: up to 400 m
About 5 to 8 minutes on foot. For elders and families with small children.

Band B: 400 to 900 m
About 8 to 15 minutes on foot, mostly level.

Band C: 900 m to 1.5 km
Hotel shuttle bus at prayer times, or a 15 to 25 minute walk.
On a live site each band shows the measured route in metres, the hotel's name and whether it has a lift to every floor.
If the confirmed hotel falls outside the band we showed you, you can move to the next departure or take a full refund. That rule is in writing.

Meningitis vaccine (required for everyone)
A meningococcal ACYW vaccine: a conjugate vaccine taken within the last 5 years, or a polysaccharide vaccine within the last 3 years, at least 10 days before you arrive. Carry the certificate with the vaccine name and date.

Umrah and Rawdah permits
Permits to perform Umrah and to pray in Al-Rawdah are booked in the Nusuk or Tawakkalna app. Only one permit can be active at a time, and a permit can be cancelled before its start time. We book them with you.

Passport Marhala's rule
We ask for a passport valid for at least six months from the return date, with two blank pages, and we check the current rule on the official Saudi visa platform when we file your visa.
This is our own booking rule, not a quoted requirement.
The Ministry of Health document above is the 1447H (2026) edition, the latest we found on 28 Oct 2026. When the 1448H edition is published, this panel changes to match it, and we tell every booked pilgrim.

Paid in full, you get your tickets, the hotel card and the pre-departure class date.
Pay by bank transfer or UPI to the company account only. We never ask for cash in a personal account, and every payment gets a GST invoice.

What families ask us before they book.
Can my parents travel if they cannot walk long distances?
Yes. Choose an elders'-pace departure. We book band A hotels, a wheelchair at both airports, and an electric cart for tawaf and sa'i where available.
Do you guarantee the visa?
No agency can. We file it correctly and on time. If it is refused, you get everything back except the visa fee and the airline's charge.
Which hotel will we stay in?
We show the distance band when you book and confirm the hotel in writing before the final payment. If it falls outside the band, you can move or cancel with a full refund.
Can a woman travel without a mahram?
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah says a woman may come for Umrah without a mahram. Our women's groups travel with a female coordinator.
Is the food Kerala style?
Breakfast and dinner are at the hotel. On most departures we arrange a Kerala dinner once in Makkah and once in Madinah.
Can we fly from Kannur?
Yes, on the departures marked CNN. Ask us for the next one.
What vaccinations do we need?
The meningitis vaccine is required for everyone, at least 10 days before arrival. Some groups also need COVID-19 proof. See the documents section for the source and date.
