From the nearest kitchen, in about 35 minutes.

Each area is served by one kitchen, so your food travels the shortest way. Delivery runs during kitchen hours. Free delivery on orders over AED 150. Pickup is free and ready in about 20 minutes.

Ramadan

Iftar at sunset. Suhoor until late.

In Ramadan the kitchens open for dine-in at sunset with the iftar tray: lentil soup, dates, fattoush, hummus, a main from the grill and laban or jallab. Suhoor runs until 3 am in Business Bay and 2 am in Jumeirah and JLT. Delivery and pickup start at noon.

Catering and groups

Trays for the office, the majlis and the whole family.

From 10 to 200 people. We deliver hot in insulated boxes, set out the trays, and collect them the next day. Lead time: 48 hours for up to 50 people, 5 days above that.

Allergens, calories and VAT

What's in it, said plainly.

Allergens

Every dish lists the allergens it contains: gluten, milk, egg, sesame, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, crustaceans, soy and mustard. Our kitchens handle all of them, so traces are possible in any dish. Tell us about an allergy when you order and the cook will read it before firing.

Calories

The calorie field on each dish is a placeholder on this concept, with sample figures. On a live site the figures come from the restaurant's own recipe calculation, as Dubai Municipality's guide for calorie declaration describes.

Prices and VAT

Every price on this site includes UAE VAT at 5%. The Federal Tax Authority requires prices shown to consumers to include VAT, and your receipt shows the VAT amount.

Questions

Questions people ask at the counter.

How long does delivery take?

About 35 minutes in the nearest areas, up to 50 at dinner peaks. The ticket shows which kitchen is cooking and the earliest time it can reach you.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, cash on delivery, or card and Apple Pay online. At pickup, pay at the counter.

Is the menu the same at every branch?

Nearly, and the prices are the same everywhere. Za'atar manousheh comes from the bread oven in Jumeirah, so only Jumeirah makes it, and grilled sea bream is served in Jumeirah and Business Bay. Once you choose an area or a kitchen, the board greys out anything that kitchen does not make.

Can you make it without nuts?

Most dishes, yes. The machboos and the sweets contain nuts. Add a note and the cook will check every item.

Do you cater on the same day?

For up to 20 people, often yes. Call the nearest kitchen before 11 am.

Where do I park?

See each branch above. Business Bay validates two hours in the building basement.
